Globe Capital Management is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 185-suite residential property at 239 Boulevard Deguire in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec.
The property was acquired for $47 million and represents another significant addition to Globe Capital Management\u2019s growing portfolio in the Greater Montreal Area.
