Winnipeg: Office Administrator (Term) - St. James

About The Position 

Globe is currently looking to fill a full-time Office Administrator to fill a term position within our Winnipeg portfolio.

Candidates must be highly organized with at least 1 years’ experience in the field of Property Management or 2 years equivalent detail-oriented positions.

Term to be 3 months in length but may be extended if required.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Answer/direct incoming phone calls, emails and walk in traffic, Tenant relations.
  • Process rent payments via debit, cheque or money order.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including typing various memos, notices, and letters to tenants.
  • Create work orders in property management software for maintenance to various buildings and suites.
  • Assist with applications and lease agreements.
  • Update management system with pertinent information on tenant accounts
  • Provide updated daily vacancy reports and monthly turnover reports.
  • Provide updated delinquency reports.
  • Provide support with marketing of any vacancies on various social media sites and Kijiji.
  • Book apartment viewing appointments for potential tenants.
  • Manage/assign parking for tenants.
  • Assign lockers to tenants.
  • Various other duties as assigned.
