Winnipeg: Part-Time Resident Manager - Fort Richmond

Currently seeking an On-Site Part-Time Resident Manager for The Bolt, one of Winnipeg's premier apartment communities located on Pembina Highway in the vibrant Fort Richmond neighbourhood.

As the Resident Manager, you will be the face of the property and play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. The Bolt offers modern apartment living with premium amenities, a strong sense of community, and a commitment to quality service. While the position includes a variety of daily operational responsibilities, the most important aspect of the role is providing outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with residents.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling them to effectively represent Globe respond to resident needs, and support the successful operation of the property. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.

General Position Information:

  • Responding to tenant inquiries and in keeping with Globe policies, providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing the rental process for all tenants including all required paperwork for the rental of suites.
  • Rent Collection and other required notices.
  • Completion of move-in and move-out condition reports.
  • Delivering and collecting lease renewals from existing customers.
  • Setting appointments and showing vacant apartments.
  • Assisting potential tenants through the application process.
  • Cleaning the property and vacant suites.
  • Acting as a liaison between Globe and our Customers.
  • Property upkeep (snow shoveling, removal of debris, staging waste containers for collection)
  • Respond to after hours emergencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Approximate hours are Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm and on-call evenings and weekends in rotation with Maintenance Personnel.

The successful candidate must be a quick learner and highly motivated self-starter, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and matters, deal intuitively with any situation, and work under minimal supervision.

Experience is an asset, but we are happy to train someone with the drive and potential for this position.

Compensation includes salary, suite allowance, and utilities.
